AVAILABLE UPGRADE

Our buildings are engineered to meet a standard wind and snow loads. If you are looking to construct a building with higher than normal loads CBLB can increase the size of your structural beams and post to accommodate these loads

SECOND FLOOR TRUSSES

AVAILABLE UPGRADE

Our building kits with second floor lofts spaces come standard with a 2” floor joist. However to ensure the ease of installing electrical, plumbing or HVAC Systems we suggest to upgrade to an open web floor truss system.
